La Maison de L’Aspirateur is a privately owned and operated company with four branches in the Montreal area. It was established over 80 years ago, and bills itself as “the largest vacuum service company in Canada’. La Maison de L’Aspirateur offers sales and service on a wide range of vacuum cleaners (portable and central), and steam cleaners for domestic and industrial clients. This section of the old sign, rescued from a dumpster after a tip from local artist Heath Cairns, features its distinctive elephant logo. Unfortunately the other sections are too worn or damaged to be displayed.
