New acquisitions, more signs on display

Lots of news at the MSP! We can finally report that Buywell and Dumoulin are now on the walls of the CJ building at Loyola, with Navarino soon to follow.

We were also lucky enough to acquire a fabulous sign this past week (see above), thanks to plateau resident Léa Better: a handpainted, 18ft sign reading ‘La Belle Province Meat Co.’. We are currently researching its history, but we understand that it was hidden for many years under another sign on a storefront on Boul. St Laurent, and is in remarkably good condition. If you know anything about La Belle Province Meat Co. please let us know!
